COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
I oktober mäskar vår bryggerimästare det som ska bli årets Julöl. Varsam jäsning fram till tappning i slutet av november ger ett lagom sött och lagom mörkt öl som passar utmärkt till julbordets smakrika rätter.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours brown black with a huge tanned creamy head leaving nice lacing. Aroma is roasted, malty, sweet, spicy and bready. Flavor is alty, roasted, bready and bitter. Finishes malty and bitter dry.

Bottle at Carlshäll . deap dark red color with a semi lasting brown head. Malty aroma with some spices that dont over power the beer. Citrus taste and small bitterness.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 1 Oct 2011) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark bread, toasty malt, crispbread and raisins. Malty, slightly roasted taste with notes of dark bread, wort, chocolate and hints of raisins. Medium body, with a certain sweetness and a mild, spicy bitterness. Quite nice.
