14.07.2012. 0,33l Bottle. Systembolaget Strømstad. Aroma of dark malts. Some sweetness. A little sweet. Not very bitter. Lasting aftertaste with flavours of malt and malt sweetness.

Bottle from Systembolaget in Torp, Uddevalla. Pours a clear coppery body with a small white head. Aroma is mild caramel tones, hints of toffee and basement must - why do I get this in so many Swedish micros? Some kind of national yeast conspiracy going on here? :-) Taste is caramel, burnt sugar, hints of nuts and alcohol. Smooth, but not very interesting. A decent doppelbock, but far from worthy of its rating.

On bottle at bolaget Strømstad. Dark color , good foam. Maltyaromas, dried fruit aromas . Medium body and complexity. Enjoyable

2008 bottle. Pours copper brown with light brown medium head Aromas of honey, oak cask, cherries, caramel, somewhat smokey Taste of cherries, oak, sweet caramel A bit abrupt ending but good start with round sweetness.

33cl, Vintage 2012, Swedish brew, from Systembolaget Göteborg, complex brew, malty/spicy and slightly fruity/bitter, balanced, clear, small head, nice Winter brew

Very nice bock. I sense the taste of dried fruits, raisins and a light caramel flavor. Wonderfully rich and very well-masked alcohol taste.

Bottle 33cl. A clear orange-amber colour with a medium high, good lacing, off-white head. An aroma of malt, caramel, fruit and hops. The taste is heavy sweet, medium bitter light salty. A medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation and a medium long duration. A fresh and balanced beer.

Bottled. Pours amber with a white head. Smells nutty malty, maybe abit figs. Tastes bread malty, abit bitter with a clear bitter finish.

Aroma of sour malt, caramel and alcohol. The taste is malty and slightly sweet with elements of warming alcohol. Not to bad...if you want to get drunk!

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours dark amber with a big off white head. Warming aroma of alcohol, dark fruits and a hint of smoke. Malty taste, some sweet cola and a little spice.
