Hm, en här kan jag inte riktigt bestämma mig om. Både smakrik och tunn på samma gång. Inte illa, men kunde vara lite mer.

Bottle 330ml. Burnt and bready, great beer for e.g. a rustique goulash. Very good bock! Palate hangs around and is very nice.

Bottle from Systemet. Vintage 2014. A dark red brown body with light brown head. Sweet malty aroma with dried fruits. Very sweet taste with heavily roasted sugar, dried fruits and a light bitterness. Very nice. Though for me more like a porter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

33cl bottle from SB. BBE 01/16. Near black, thick light brown head, lasting. Dark bread, syrup, molasses in aroma. Really strong notes of ryebread, lovely. Flavor has rye, molasses, soy sauce, hint of chocolate. Mämmi comes to mind. Quite thin body for this ABV, hides alcohol completely. Excellent brew, really enjoyable.

Bottle at the DTE tasting, Den Haag. Poured a clear dark brown with a round off white head. The aroma is malt light apple I believe. The flavour is medium sour, light bitter with a veggie resin palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ DTE tasting shared by dEnk. Thanks? Dark brown color with a red glare coming through, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, leaves, slightly weird and a touch of liquor. Weird, a doppelbock?

Bottle at home, 330 ml. Thanks to Nisse666! Poured into a snifter, ABV 7.9% Deep red brown colour on the body, with one finger of brown head sitting on top, quite thick, with very good retention. light lacing on the glass. Aroma of chocolate when first poured, replaced by stewed red fruits, sugar and molasses after a while. Taste is sweet, almost cloying, but it doesn’t bother me. Again red boiled fruits, sugars, the chocolate touch is there on the finish in the form of a dark, bitter one. Medium thick body, soft carbonation, sticky palate. Overall quite good, at moments the sweetness seems extreme and too--much but in general was an enjoyable beer.

Bottle. Dark amber body with light creamy tan head. Aroma has a lot of caramel, more of dark candied sugar, dried plums, medium alcohol. Taste has medium toffee, walnut, sweetness. Bitterness is earthy, long lasting in the after taste. Body is full, medium carbonation, oily texture.

Bottle. Pours a reddish dark brown with a decent-sized, latte-colored head. Aroma is a strong breadiness, dark maltiness. Dark fruits, mostly prune. Taste is much of the same with the dark, malty bread dominating. Quite a bit of dark fruitiness as well, mostly prune again. Light grass. Surprisingly light, medium carbonation. Alright, but a bit light perhaps.
