2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 ej (326) - Hauglandshella, NORWAY - AUG 24, 2012
Caramelhued with a small amount of offwhite foam leaving plenty of lacings. Aroma of caramel and sweet malts. Some plum and butterscotch.. Taste is malty and sweet but not "beefy" enough to come close to any bock of a decent caliber. Drinkable but that’s it..

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 hirigalzkar (1824) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 3, 2010
Bottle. The liquid is orange and looks thicker than it really is. Nice long lasting little white head. Clean malty aroma, sweet and bready. The taste is also based on a clean malt profile. Notes of honey and rotten vegtables. Small smokiness in the aftertaste. Well balanced. Smooth. A classic example of a bock beer.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 gyllenbock (2967) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 1, 2010
Bottle.
Amber with a slightly tan head. Quite sweet aroma with bread and butter scotch. Sweet taste with bread, malt, caramel and some fruit. Low bitterness, ok beer but a little to much taste of bread for my liking.
