Here is something above the ordinary easter brews. A brown tinted head covering a whole palette of flavors, all from hops and malt to resin and sugar. The aroma is deep and lasting with a long good after taste. Doesn't fit all foods, but goes well with the little fattier ones, not really an easter beer, but to good to criticise for a detail like that...

Bottled. Brown colour with an off-ahite head. A lot of malty, sweetish toffee in the aroma; almost like a Lunator. Rather soft palate, though a bit thin. A roasted aroma with a fine bitterness. Schwarzbier-ish.
