Provdatum: 2009-04-03

Pours ruby mahogany with a great creamy head leaving nice lace. Good carbonation, Aroma is nice; fruity, very malty, hoppy, fresh dark bread, earthy and hay. Medium crispy mouthfeel. Malty, sweet fruity, tart hoppy, some dark fruits and raisins. Medium tart palate. Finishes with a nice, not too heavy, tart biter and dry aftertaste.

500ml bottle shared with Finn. From e-beställning at Systembolaget. Firm, tan-coloured lacing-head covering a deep, ruby coloured body. Smell of dark fruits and dark caramel. Brittle caramel in flavour with recognizable herbal hops. Bittersweet, rounded ending. Well bodied. Pleasant with fine drinkability, and suitable in the summertime as well (Finns, Tromsø 23.08.2012).

Bottled. Mahogany colour with rocky head. Rich on chocolate malt, but the mouthfeel is a bit sharp. Roasty with a hint of metal. Spicy, grassy hops make up a finish with lingering bitterness.

A deep red beer with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet malty. The flavor is sweet malty with the addition of notes of roasted bread and caramel, before a dry end sets in.

Bottled. Mahogany colour. Light brown head. Aroma is kind of straggling, sort of messy after using Tettnang, Magnum and Saaz(or whatever that was added as aroma hops). Rich, chocolatey maltiness plus a bit plastic-like. Smooth mouthfeel. Long finish with a medium bitterness.
