Bottle: Deep golden, small fluffy off-white head, lazy carbonation; cardboardy and light sweet-grainy nose with an ilusion of toasted malt; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft; increasing bitterness towards the malty-tart end. Drinkable, a bit boring.........

Bottle 33cl.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, molasses, sweet malt, sugar, light hoppy, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091004]

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear deep golden with a white head. Sweet malty nose with a vague roastiness. Medium body, sweet rich malts, a little caramel. Discreetly bitter finish. Nice and well crafted. 041009

[bottle] Pleasant clover honey and noble hops aroma that is potent and crisp. Very nearly clear amber under some very thin white wisps and ring. Crisp amber malt flavour together with a crisp and balancing hops bitterness. Hops flavour is subtle but appropriate since the gentle toasty malt flavour is so delicate. Just a bit too dry and fairly boring. Clean and crisp finish, medium carbonation. I just love the honey in the nose of this beer.
