Cask handpull at Green Dragon, Bungay. The badge said 4.0%, but normally 3.6%. Excellent best bitter, bit toasty, good dry, hoppy finish. Excellent balance. Lovely toasty malt aroma. Superb best bitter. Toastiness is superb. Balanced, no flavour/texture is out of place. Terrific

Straight from the pump in the pub next to the brewery. Sometime when I’m away I crave this beer. My favourite drink by a mile, with a fantastic finish.

Cask Conditioned at Hook Norton Beer Festival 05. Orange amber beer with slight head. Fruity slightly sweet beer with big appley aroma. The beer of this particular festival for me, full rich finish with a hoppy bitterness on the close. Good stuff.

Copper colour. Some butter and caramel notes in the aroma. Pale malt flavour, without a lot of hop presence. Clean finish. A beer more characterised by dry malt than hop bitterness. Not bad. Cask (gravity dispense) at Peterborough Beer Festival.
