Pours golden with a slight haze.Herbacious hops on the nose with underlying malt sweetness.Good balance in the bitter/sweet and has a smooth mouth feel.Crisp hop finish.Found to be excellent for not hurting my head in the morning!

Has a strong hop bite to the nose when you crack it open.Hops come through first with malt in the finish. Slightly cloudy because they donít use plastics to take out the sediment.I drink a lot of this and it treats me well.Make sure you check the best before date,I have bought some old stock and itís not as tasty.

nice orange colour, powered with big head. Had it too cold as had chill haze. Mild hoppy nose. Nice balance of bitterness and maltyness with clean finish. Second organic certified beer.

(Bottle 33 cl) Credited to "Green Fern Brewery". Slightly hazy golden with a creamy, white head. Fresh, hoppy aroma. Medium body with a good malt base, some floral accents and a dry, fairly hoppy finish. Thereís a vague sourness lurking underneath. 290108

Pale-golden colour, cloudy. Marshmallow aroma. Quenching citric flavour. Failry spritzy, moderate bitterness. Sweet at the start with a astringent/skunky finish.

Medium amber in colour with a thin lifeless head. Nose shows lifted larger notes, very clean with some hops. Palate is fairly run of the mill, not much malt action but possess a very distinctive herbal, peppery, earthy character from the hops. Quite unique and save the beer from falling into the bland larger camp.

330ml bottle. Pours a fair gold, faint head but fades fast. Not crystal clear. No aroma with a reasonable carbonation. Great hop/malt balance with a nice dry finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt combined with a light note of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes fo malt and straw.

UPDATED: APR 16, 2012 Reviewed 2008, extract from notes: Golden straw colour with an active white head. Aromas of straw but very little in the way of hopping. As for taste, well it could be just about any green bottle stubby. Cold, a little bit bitter and there. My main beef is that the packaging makes it appear to be just the same as Steineken or Heinlager so expectation isnít very high to begin with. Re-reviewed 17 Apr 2012 Not too much to add barring an improvement to flavour that gave a grassy, resinous bitterness that was prolonged and improved the way I saw this beer.
