3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber. Murky deep yellow body, gold highlights. Big, frothy white head, lasting. Aroma of citrus, grass, grapefruit, toasted grain, lemon. Notes of resin. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. The finish is lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The taste starts with lemon, citrus but turns bitter grapefruit and resin in the finish. Bitterness lingers well into the finish. Some notes of a wit beer, but more notes of an IPA, especially resin. Different. Fairly clean. Will take this over IPAs that are heavy on raw hop leaf flavor.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
The pour is slightly hazy yellow with a tall, long lasting white head.
The aroma is musty citrus fruit. Some clove.
The flavor is bitter, tart with some spicy dryness that comes in at the finish.
I think I like white IPAs better than black ones.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from South Bay Liquor: Poured a golden liquid with a slight appearance of haze or white tinting while a thick fluffy head developed up top. Aroma is lively with a funky scent of Belgian yeast while a smell of grassy grains and hay. The flavor is refreshing and brings out an initial taste of sweetness from high quality malts while a pleasant notice of hops keeps my interest, but the highlight of this beer is the yeast. The yeast is funky and different and almost somehow doesn’t make this an IPA but instead a golden Belgian strong ale of some sorts. Definitely enjoyed this one on a warm summer Sunday.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured a hazy, yellow color. Very lively with a big white head. Immediate aroma of floral and hops. They are hitting the citrus smell as well. Taste is hoppy. Taste is bitter, but smooth and light. Although the bitterness lingers too long.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aroma is hoppy and yeasty with a sweet citrus hint, not strong but still appealing. Pours a slightly hazy bright yellow with a thick, fluffy, white head. Flavor has a hoppy and rather bitter core, with woody, yeasty and orange tones. Bitterness plus a little citrus sourness equals the drinker making faces! Firm, smooth texture has a decent amount of fizz, leaving a hoppy, yeasty, bitter finish. A bold and distinctive IPA for the strong of heart - and taste buds.

Very aromatic beer! The mouth feel is nice and the finish is a little bitter. Nice off white head and initial butter flavor.
