COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop-forward and San Diego inspired, this is our brewers’ homage to their local craft beer corridor. Uniquely floral and fruity notes from Warrior, Cascade and El Dorado hops mingle with a hint of crystal malt to build flavors of melon and a lingering grassy bitterness. Well-bittered and dry-hopped, 30th Street is a Pale Ale bold enough to suit the palates of hop heads in the land of sunshine and IPA.

Cloudy deep copper with a lasting thin and sticky white head. Lovely nose of pine and grapefruit rind, a touch of grains of paradise, and delightful American hop resins. Lovely floral and bitter flavor with some tropical fruity bitterness, a touch of floral hops, a wee bit of grapefruit, and a clean malt background to give it a pseudo dry body and crisp flavor.

(Bottle) Clear pale amber, good white head. Intense and pleasant aroma with pineapple, citrus and pine. Medium body with gentle smooth carbonation. Taste starts with a nice balance of light caramel and pine and pineapple. A distinct and very pleasant hoppy bitterness develops for a long finish. A good beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

"IPA on any other street..." but a Pale Ale in this bottle. I like that sentiment. I like the hell out of some West Coast style ales. And I just plain love Green Flash. Interestingly, 30th Street Pale Ale nearly falls short of its promise. In the hop-obsessed clime of the present, it’s pretty easy to think of quite a few Pale Ales that are hoppier. Did that stop me from loving this beer? Not in the least. With 45 IBU’s and a solid malt backbone, 30th Street is a weapon of balance rather than explosive hops. It pours golden orange with a thick, sticky head. Lovely aroma of grass, malt, flowers, and light citrus. Flavor mostly follows with earth, biscuit, nectar, and bit of tropical fruit. There’s just enough bitterness to keep things crisp and refreshing. Whether you love or fear Green Flash’s creations, 30th Street might surprise you in a good way.

Comes out of tap clear golden with a thick and rather fine-bubbled pancake-batter head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma is richly hoppy, more IPA than PA, woody and a little evergreen with malty hints. Strongly hoppy flavor is woody and resiny yet scarcely bitter, with malty and fruity underpinnings. Firm texture has good fizz and body.

Orange pour from draft at the local. White foamy head. Peach Orange lemon aromas. Amazing smell. Hoppy floral heaven. Slightly bitter finish on a fruit bomb

It has a nice light hop aroma, the flavor is very effervescent with some citrus hops. Good and right on per style

On tap at the brewery. Large tulip glass. A bouquet of aroma...floral, pine and citrus. Taste has a heavy dose of bitterness with a hoppy, resiny feel. Oily mouthfeel. Overall it’s a standard pale ale that feels pretty heavily hopped helping to make it slightly more potent than others. Decent.
