3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at VBGB’s in Charlotte, NC. Got the plastic cup blues on this one so I can’t really judge the appearance accurately. Definitely a solid pale ale from what I’ve gotten so far. Really drinkable, not overly hoppy, and slight malty sweetness to keep it interesting. Solid.

On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a clear gold with an orange hue and a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has a combination of sweet citrus and light grapefruit with a light grain backbone. Flavor has more grapefruit up front with growing sweet citrus and just a bit of bread backing.

On tap at Parry's. Pours a light orange color and a thin, white head that doesn't stuck around. Smells of hops and citrus. Taste is a bit in the light side in the hops department. A good, but not great ale.

650 ml bottle from bev4less. Pours a hazy copper color with a medium white head that has good retention. The aroma features grapefruit, melons and some toffee. The taste is bitter hops forward with the exact same stuff as the nose. The palate is full and silky with lively carbonation. Finishes long and bitter. Overall: Good APA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Straw color, mimimal white head. Aroma is clean, eathy, yeasty, and a bit piney. Flavor is clean and medium dry. Somewhat piney hops. This is a beer I could crush but nothing world class.
