Faint aroma but hops kick in at the taste with a vengeance. Nice high fluffy head .dry and nitter finish

Pretty much an IPA with a straight up near nasty bitterness that suits me just fine. Smells fresh unlike my shorts after a sweaty single track session. Oh my god do I HATE Glenn Healy. Shut the hell up. Thankfully I Pvr and I get to skip the other CBC idiot - PJ Stock. Ok, so like usual Iím obliterating another review beer so Iíll move on to the taste. Moderately fruity, light pine, bready, pineapple powder, tropical something hanging around, tasty but not adventurous. Very nice aroma, huge fluffy head on a gentle pour. Overpriced but at least it was good! Viva fishnet stockings.

On tap at Yeasty Beasty in Monmouth. Grapefruit and other citrus flavors balanced with a light malty sweetness in the background. Mild bitterness throughout. Strong Finish. Tasty.

22 oz bomber. Slightly astringent hop odor upon opening, not in a bad way though. Perfect West Coast IPA...I mean Pale ale. Really nice oily hop retention and mouthfeel. Clean and crisp, really nice hop forward presentation, not too high on the ABV, but 10 times better than all those 4-5% "session" IPAs that are all the rage. a really great offering and highly recommended. up to green flashís usual high standards. makes me wish i lived in san diego.

Tap at hoppy monk pours bright orange with a small sudsy white head and sparse lacing. Nose is citric lots of grapefruit and some minty qualities. Flavors show the minty notes actually. Sort of herbal and medicinal aspirin like flavors. Hmm not all that great. Has some decent minty bitterness. Decent yet over hyped for this style

Pours gold into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Sourdough aromas. Dry with sour, stale caramel and rancid hop finish. What?

On tap at VBGBís in Charlotte, NC. Got the plastic cup blues on this one so I canít really judge the appearance accurately. Definitely a solid pale ale from what Iíve gotten so far. Really drinkable, not overly hoppy, and slight malty sweetness to keep it interesting. Solid.

On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a clear gold with an orange hue and a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has a combination of sweet citrus and light grapefruit with a light grain backbone. Flavor has more grapefruit up front with growing sweet citrus and just a bit of bread backing.

On tap at Parry's. Pours a light orange color and a thin, white head that doesn't stuck around. Smells of hops and citrus. Taste is a bit in the light side in the hops department. A good, but not great ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

650 ml bottle from bev4less. Pours a hazy copper color with a medium white head that has good retention. The aroma features grapefruit, melons and some toffee. The taste is bitter hops forward with the exact same stuff as the nose. The palate is full and silky with lively carbonation. Finishes long and bitter. Overall: Good APA.
