Pours golden with minimal head. Aroma a huge orange hit. Flavor follows with that single note somewhat balanced with hops/bitter. Finish mellow with lingering fruit. Overall i am not a fan of overly fruity brews so I’m off this one.

Bottle: Shaker: Clear orange beer. Creamy airy head. Aromas of hop, citrus, pine, resin, flowers, floral tones, grapefruit... Flavours of hops, flowers, pine, grapefruit, bitter, resin, some fruits, herbal and floral tints and a hint of malts. Aftertaste is bitter, hoppy, grapefruit, some pine and resin. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, good medium bodied! Good stuff!

12oz bottle. Filtered orange-tan body. Glass lacing thin white/off-white head. Doughy brewhouse, classic NW orange-grapefruit aroma. Clean, but has some enjoyable hop depth. A really well done Pale Ale.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 12/19/2015. Pours fairly crystal clear golden orange color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, light caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical hops and moderate bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, light caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Good amount of pine/citrus rind bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, pine, light caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance, robustness, and complexity of citrus/tropical hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately sticky/resinous, and slightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very good pale ale. All around good robustness, complexity, and balance of citrus/tropical hops and moderate bready malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Cloudy medium tan with a creamy head. Vanilla and citrus on the nose. Strong grapefruit and orange up front with dry hops that follow and linger. A very good beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg @ Beer Run, Charlottesville. Brilliant gold pour with a creamy white head. Attractive beer. Aroma is fairly light, summery. Fresh lemon, a bit of shortbread and dried grass. Easy going pale malt. Lightly sweet. Dry grassy bitter balance. Pretty straightforward, little development. Light body, fine carbonation. Totally solid stuff.

Impressive citrus aroma in a golden amber pour. Laid back hop forward balance and a sustained fruity/bitter finish makes it a great introduction to the more aggressive West Coast IPAs.

Pours Amber with thin filmy head. Aroma is earthy pine citrus with crisp fruit character. Sticky hops but smooth and sweet nutty caramel character off the palate. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
