Copper-orange color with nice white head. Lightly sweet, moderately dry and a piney-earthy hop character and sweet malty body. Lightly piney-hop aroma. Notes/: Tasted at the brewery

Tap at Hamiltonís. Clear medium auburn with a small off - white head, down to a film within a few mins. Lots of fruity belgian yeast and banana in the nose, though not too sweet, just a little rye and toasted malt behind. Flavor is a little toastier, still plenty yeasty, clean ripe banana. Never sweet, dry finish, little rye. Bitterness at a 3. Soft light to moderate carbonation with a medium body. Quite tasty. Good job at a Belgian style.

Pours with an amber body topped by a medium thick head with a good amount of lacing. Itís slightly sweet yet bitter with notes of malt, spice, cloves and a light hoppiness. Medium to full bodied, smooth and a little warming.

Aromas of citrus fruit, floral fragrance, peach, fruity esters, cherries, and light caramel. Clear ruby, off-white head, light retention. Fruity, bitter, and peppery. Full bodied, with moderate carbonation, and a long spicy and bitter finish.

Had this on tap at the East Nashville Beer Festival. Nice color, are really enticing spicy aroma. I like red ryes and this certainly fit the bill. Big character without being overwhelming. Green Flash impresses again.

On tap at beer revolution. Pours a deep coppery amber color. Very cloudy. Nice beige head. Fine bubbles that stick around for awhile. Surprisingly generic Belgian aroma. Caramel malt mixed with some Belgian fruitiness - raisins, plums, apricots. Little bit of rye spice and earth. Mild citric hoppiness. Taste is pretty sweet. Good dose of sugar. More rye spice, which helps but still needs to be turned up. Some hip bitterness in the finish. Carbonation is pretty normal. The sweetness and kinda meh Belgian notes give it an odds feel, though. Not great but not bad.

pours a reddish amber with a one finger off white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of fruity Belgian yeast, citrus, rye malts, and some caramel. Taste is similar but also has some mild funk and more rye notes then the aroma. Has a medium-full body with a super creamy mouthfeel and a mostly sweet, medium finish. overall, a tasty and interesting take on a Belgian Ale.

A damn fine beer, I would drink it until my liver gave way. Nothing offensive at all, just beer bliss. Would get again fo sho. the rye was hard to pick out, but it was still a really tasty beer.
