Tap at Hamilton’s. Clear medium auburn with a small off - white head, down to a film within a few mins. Lots of fruity belgian yeast and banana in the nose, though not too sweet, just a little rye and toasted malt behind. Flavor is a little toastier, still plenty yeasty, clean ripe banana. Never sweet, dry finish, little rye. Bitterness at a 3. Soft light to moderate carbonation with a medium body. Quite tasty. Good job at a Belgian style.

Had this on tap at the East Nashville Beer Festival. Nice color, are really enticing spicy aroma. I like red ryes and this certainly fit the bill. Big character without being overwhelming. Green Flash impresses again.
