COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our American-style Barleywine undergoes a three hour boil to intesify the caramel malts and the enormous Pacific Northwest hop charge. The result is a rich, estery brew with toffee notes and citrus hop flavors layered throughout. Enjoy this brew fresh today or lay it down for aging to see how the flavors of each vintage evolve.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle@5p. Mahogany hazy. Sweet malty nose with raisins, plums, earthy hops. Full bodied, sweet, light port- like, but well bitter (doesn’t cloy). Sort of dry bitterness, some oaky vibes, earthy hops. Decent barley wine. Well bitter, bit too well almost. Drinkable.

Writing this based on what I remember from last night's consumption. Nice amber color. Pleasant aroma with a somewhat thick mouth presence and quite tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma: Smelling of sweet bread, apple, vanilla and egg.
Appearance: A hazy chestnut colored beer. A off-white head with good lacing and good curtains.
Taste: Tasting bread, orange marmalade, vanilla and peel.
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A big body with a dry finish.
Overall: Very/too young. But promising.
Note: Bottle 650 ml at home. Reviewed 2014-06-21.

Mouthfeel is smooth and somewhat oily with low carbonation. Aftertaste is ripe apple, caramel, peach and hay, along with some slight booze. Very good!!
