This one poured a bright yellow color with a fluffy white head. Aroma was of candy sugar, mild yeast and orange peel. Flavor was lightly spiced and fruity, but bland in the swallow, almost like an american blonde.

On tap at Capitol Beer, Sacramento. Pours cloudy blonde with a pretty white head and a floral aroma. There is a hearty light malt flavor with a bit of fruit and a bitter finish.

Golden. Clear.belgian yeast aroma that’s a little chemy smelling with some fruity guminess. Dry belgian/American fusion taste. PDG. Pretty darn good.

14.5oz at Kaze. Clear yellow color. Thin pillowy white head. Good, thick lace. Medium body. Smooth, bright, crisp lighter carbonation. Kind of creamy, mostly dry overall. Nice west coast style citrusy hops, but not too assertive or aggressive, nowhere near IPA levels. Good amount of belgian yeast, some tropical fruit notes (melon, banana). Nice, zesty sweet taste. Good, fruity belgian blonde.

Tap - pours somewhat cloudy yellow with full, thick white head. Faint soap and citrus pepper notes. Some dough and citrus on the taste. Pepper and hoppy finish. Very nice.

On tap at Beer Revolution. Hazy lustrous light golden with a creamy white head. Very nice floral sweet caramel, fruity, and bready Belgian yeast aroma and taste with some really nice rose, vanilla, and apricot notes. Very good.

Draft at Jerry’s. Clear, pale gold with big, foamy, white head / Elegant nose of straw, pineapple, other citrus, and soap / Medium body, just a hint watery, touch of sweetness but mostly dry with good bitterness / Stylish, complex flavors of pineapple, banana, orange peel, lemon, cream, straw, white pepper, clove, and coriander / Just excellent, with the body critique very minor.

A very simple and pleasant belgian blonde ale, ncie yeast spice, easy drinking body.

Tap at Tyler’s. cloudy golden orange with a fizzy white head. Nose is light spice--maybe some sage, orange peel, light herbal hops. Flavor is similar--on the dry side but more herbal than fruity.
