Semi clear dark nutty amber with a lovely bourbon-full nose of brown sugar and dark oaked vanilla, with some dark dates and cherry and caramel awesomeness. Immaculate. Flavor is equally so. Lots of cherry and caramel and vanilla and brown sugar and sweetness. Awesome levels of sweet bourbony booze and oak, with a wonderful stone fruit and sweet deep maltiness. And pecan. Just perfect.

Draught at the Tasting Room in San Diego. Somewhat hazy amber/brownish beer with a nice lasting beige/yellowish lasting head. Malty fruity aroma, caramel, grapes, toffee, citrus, woody, vanilla notes, a bit herbal and with orange notes. Caramel flavor, raisins, figs, plums, citrus, toffee, warming alcohol, biscuits, nutty notes, banana, some grapes. Full bodied. Delicious beer!

Tap at Blind Tiger. Outrageous. Pours dark, ruby-brown with a moderate tan head. Some dark fruits and light booze in the nose. Flavor is sweet, somewhat malty, plenty of plum, grape, brown sugar, and a bit of chocolate towards the end. Medium in body, modestly carbonated, a little vinous. A lot delicious.
