Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass copper colored, nice head. Fiery malty aroma. Starts fiery, strong, intense malty, warming, not too roasty. Alcoholic notes are not too intense. Warming-malty finish, light hints of caramel. Nice!

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, red session. 03/05/2014. Rich red / amber coloured pour with a thin cream coloured head. Aroma is spicey tree sap, wood, cedar, nutty / caramel malts. Flavour is rye spice, big cedar wood, sap, spices, some coconut, big woody goodness. Palate is highish carbonation, semi-sweet, lingering spice. .

Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, cedar, wood, peppery. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, peppery, cedar, barley wine flavor, malty. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic.

Draught @ CBC2014. Pours clear brown/amber with a lasting beige medium head. Aroma is cedar, caramel, toffee, pepper, rye bread, dark fruit and oak. Taste is moderate sweet an light+ bitter. Body is is near full, texture is thick oily, carbonation is average. Finishes sweet with caramel, pepper and oak.

CBC Session 3. Almost clear dark amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and semi dry. Light fine carbonation. A strong medicinal flavour dominates. Some floralness and a little rye spice. Light crystallised fruits. Light dry finish. Weird.
