Pint to go from party town, pours a very light golden color, light bubbly head, incredible citrus aroma, light mouthfeel, not complex flavor, strong citrus hop bite on the back of the tongue quickly fades to bit of a dry finish, no other flavors present except for citrus. Aroma stronger than taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear, light golden color with a rich, white half tiger head. Gooey lace around the edge of the glass. The Citra is evidenced in the bouquet. Though it’s in moderation. Mouthfeel is a little thin, but appropriate for the style. Nearly no maltiness, the Citra is heavenly, just not enough of it, and there’s a bit of umami for depth. A very good session IPA. I’m just no terribly fond of session IPAs.

Really excited about the breakout of the session pale ales this season and this one is by far the best. I think the citra hops have the best sweet flavor when fresh out of all the hops used fresh and lend well to the session style.

Draft. Nose is fruity and slightly danky. Little to no malt character in the aroma. pale yellow, minimal head. Taste is similar, just smooth crisp and refreshing. very well done.

Draft. Really nice low ABV hop bomb. Pours a light amber with nice carbonation. Citra hops are big on the nose and follow through on taste. Bitter and fresh tasting. Delicious.

Appearance: white fluffy head with a hazy yellowish-orange body and a mild carbonation. Aroma: Since the IPA was brewed with a single hop, citra, there is a pronounce citrus aroma. Hints of orange, grapefruit & lemon. I do pick up a hint of smoke. Taste: light malty body, robust citrus flavor on the front of the palate. Middle of the palate, lingering pine flavor with hints of grapefruit & orange. The beer finished dry, refreshing & clean. Overall: I could quaff a few of theses IPAs. A great session beer! This green flash IPA would pair well with a sharp cheddar, aged gouda, prima donna or a aged provolone, crab cakes, spicy mexican and asian cuisine.

Pour on tap, golden yellow-orange pour with white head, aroma brought big fruit, orange, citrus and orange peel, hints of grass, bread, slight caramel, hints of yeast and spice in there as well. Taste is a mix of caramel, toffee, slight grass, hints of earth into a nice mix of orange, grapefruit, lemon notes, finishing fairly bitter.

burg326 (3244) - Florida, USA - NOV 3, 2013
On draft at the Brass Tap, poured a golden color with aromas of Citra, grapefruit, and light pineapple. Flavors are the same, not as intense as the aroma, but a solid pale ale.

On tap at Waddell’s Golden with a sheet of whites. Smells like Citra hops: grapefruit, onion, musk, body odor and some fruits; a touch of grain and biscuit in the back. Flavor is nice and balanced with bitterness and slight sweetness from the malts. The hops are fruity with a bit of B.O. Light bodied with moderately hi carb and a a semi dry finish. Decent beer.

Pours gold with a soapy white head. Nose is classic Citra bliss. Nose isn’t as intense as some of the bigger beers but great. Flavor is CITRA. and just enough neutral malt to keep from muddling the hops. Dry and light bitter finish. Great.
