Brewed with 100% Columbus hops this double IPA is an absolute Columbus hop bomb! Its resinous hop character comes through with huge grapefruit zest and pine notes throughout the brew. The big juicy, fruity, citrus hops add a resinous and almost sticky hop presence in the body making the medium body from crystal malts seem even richer and fuller. This is a hop head’s treat! 8.8% ABV, 98 IBU Hops used: Columbus

Had 32oz bomber from beverage world with Amanda. This beer was perfect, great citrus hop aroma and flavor. Gold malt back bone but not to high in alcohol.

Pours a cloudy rust orange with white head. Has a floral hop aroma with some citrus. Taste is dry with citrus, floral hops, and pine. A sweet and bitter aftertaste.

Pours a dark orange-amber with a one finger white head with nice lacing. Aroma is of citrus (a lot of grapefruit, resinous pine, herbal hops, dank hops, sweet malts, and some light caramel. Taste if citrus (grapefruit dominate) pine resin, herbal grassy hops, sweet malts, and some tropical fruits (mango and pineapple). Has a medium-full body with a creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, pretty bitter, long finish. Overall, a very nice DIPA that feature the Columbus hops nicely and is surprisingly drinkable.

On tap at The Yard House, Virginia Beach, VA. Dark orange pour with a rich frothy off-white head. Floral and tangerine hop aroma. Pleasantly bitter hop flavor of pine, wet grass, and grapefruit. Not overpowering but also not balanced. An excellent beer!

100th DIPA rate! On draft at The Top in Gainesville. Pours golden copper with no head (because the bartender filled to rim). Aroma of fresh pine and grapefruit hops, lemon zest, grass. Really nice. Flavor follows with a beautifully refreshing hop character: grapefruit, pine, grass, citrus peels. Delicate flavors alongside big bitterness and a malt backbone that stays in the background. One of the best new IPAs (to me) that I have had in a while. Medium bodied, resinous, with medium plus to high carbonation. Maybe my favorite from GF. Awesome brew.

On tap at Baileys Taproom in Portland, OR. Colour...slightly hazy amber with a thick ecru head. Nose...redolent of grapefruity hops and pine resin. Palate...intensely bitter, especially up front and mid palate. The hop profile is definitely on the grapefruit side more than the conifer side. In terms of fruit (besides grapefruit), there’s quince and unripe kiwi that also includes pineapple and gooseberry. The finish is long and semi dry with some intense bittering.

On tap at Hops and Pie poured a clear orange amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of biscuit, grapefruit, mango, peach and light pine. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, grapefruit, pine, light tropical fruit and a hint of peach with a smooth dry lingering bitter finish.
