Our Belgian Style Dark Ale is inspired by traditional Abbey Ales to deliver the richest of malt flavors but with a slightly elevated hopping and increased complexity given from two different yeast strains. This malt laden ale is designed to satiate and keep your taste buds dancing.

Draft at brewery. Pours very, very dark brown wih a khaki head. Leaves a lot of lacing in the glass. Has a nice caramel Belgian yeast thing on the nose. Tastes of freshly made plucking bread. Finishes clean. Hides its alcohol well. Very nice.

Poured from a bottle. WOW! Wish I had the draft too! Nice Belgian aroma. Rich dark chocolate, but not black in color. Thick but quickly settling tan head. Fresh, smooth on the tongue. A feast of the Belgian yeast and hint of raisins. Not one to catch that type of subtlety, but there it is. Delightful finish. Very satisfying drink.
