COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A full-bodied Triple IPA, Green Bullet combines New Zealand grown Pacific Gem and Green Bullet hops. Significant pine and citrus hoppiness hit the palate at first sip, accentuated by tropical notes of mango and pineapple, ending with a moderately aggressive, bitter finish.

Pours a cloudy, deep golden orange color with dark golden yellow edges and a one finger, frothy white head that very slowly settles into a lasting ring. Very good retention with streaks of lacing left behind. Very dank and floral hop aroma with some grassy, earthy pine and a nice tropical/citrus fruit presence countered by a sweet malt backbone. Resinous oils along with hints of kind bud, fresh cut grass and pine needle followed by grapefruit, mango and orange peel. Some sweet caramel malt along with toffee, biscuit and graham cracker. Malts are subtle however and donít at all interfere with the hop character. Medium body with a blast of dry hop bitterness that lingers over tropical/citrus fruit and caramel malt sweetness into a bone dry finish. Complex hop profile with dry, earthy bitterness and resinous oil/pine needle flavor followed by juicy tropical and citrus fruit sweetness. Strong grapefruit, pineapple, mango and orange zest character balancing things out with much needed sweetness. Sweet caramel malt backbone with honts of toffee, biscuit, hazelnut and slight dark fruit notes. Some alcohol heat in the finish but overall the high ABV is decently masked. In these high ABV triple IPAs the alcohol/ethanol flavored often kills off the hops but itís nicely integrated into the finish of this beer. Complex, flavorful and decently drinkable for itís strength. A touch too malty for my liking but still a very solid beer.

Copper, mid amber colour. Weedy aroma, floral but oddly bubblegummy sweet. Sticky, resinous palate, perfect carbonation for strong IPA to cut through hop bitterness. Some caramel notes from malt and slightly heavier body than average strong IPA. Great.

Dark copper/gold pour. Aroma is beautiful pine, an array of citrus, mango. Heavily dry hopped. Medium to full bodied, mild carbonation. Bitter bight, resin, sticky. The type of in your face IPA that I love. Darn near perfect.

Hop bomb! Citrus pine fruit bouquet of aroma. Served in a goblet, feel like Iím drinking a tropical drink. Huge punch of bitterness at first sip. Full bodied with a fruity aftertaste

Draft at Fishale. Murky gold pour with a head that lasts forever. Aroma of sweet, sticky hops. Good bitterness with a sweet kick and a little booze. Finished with grapefruit juice bitterness. Fine.

Pours a deep goldish orange with a tiny white head. First impression of the nose is very Belgian, like Westmalle Tripel or Duvel Triple Hop. Good yeast character with some mango and pineapple present. Boozy on the nose as well. Alcohol stands out pretty clearly on the palate. Quite a lot of bitterness that is noticeable on the finish. A big, bold beer with a high ABV that doesnít necessarily come together perfectly.

Thanks to willisread for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing translucent dark honey and amber tones with a thin ring of clean white foam. The nose shows deep sweet nose close to a Belgian ale. The palate is well carbonated and full bodied. Flavors of subtle malts and barely perceivable hints of mango and pineapple but a strong biting IPA bitterness that reaches its apex on the finish. A lot of finish on the linger but good hints of mango also.

Bottle from Bottle Baron. Hazy golden body with a medium off-white head. Steady carbonation. Aroma of melon rind, lime chutney and peppery earth. Flavour of honey, menthol, alcohol burn and lime sweets. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Intensely bitter, which I usually like, however I found this quite heavy going.
