A full-bodied Triple IPA, Green Bullet combines New Zealand grown Pacific Gem and Green Bullet hops. Significant pine and citrus hoppiness hit the palate at first sip, accentuated by tropical notes of mango and pineapple, ending with a moderately aggressive, bitter finish.

Slightly hazy, dark gold pour with a creamy, slightly soapy off white head. Aroma is loaded with pine and citrus, dark toast/light roast and a failry big helping of grassy and garlicky hops. Flavor is loaded with caramel and cereal up front, light toast, mineral notes and tree and berry fruit soon after finished by milds citrus, pine, lots of grass, light perfumey citrus and salty garlic butter and toffee to the finish. Medium body with a soapy, syrupy entry, oily and slightly astringent finish, light, but somewhat sharp carbonation and a pretty strong alcohol burn. Overall itís a decent IIPA (TIPA?), but after the first few sips the grassy, garlicky hops take over completely and probably ruin the deal for anybody who doesnít like grassy hops. I donít mind grassy hops and love garlic, though not in my beer, so... It works out decently for me, still too much garlic, but it seems like a nice beer to accompany a nice, spicy, hot garlicky meal.

Pours a cloudy clear orange from the bottle with thin cap of white head. Aroma is heavy on the resinous hops, grassy and pine. Taste follows, sweet a little up front then a decent bitter finish, no real hint of the booze. Pretty solid, green flash knows how to make a good IPA.

Conical bottle, functional label. Hazy apricot colored beer, not much head. Resinous, sulphury cabbage-like hop aroma with overripe fruit. Piney, boozy, woody with pineapple undertones. Medium heavy body. Warms the esophagus. Biscuity finish with yucky vegetable (collards) hop aftertaste. Nasty. Market Square Liquors, Timberlane.

12 oz bottle for 3.99. Pours clear gold with a white head. Huge tropical fruit and citrus aroma. Taste is initially similar up front, but heads more towards a malty finish at the end. Body is about what you would expect for an IPA; medium body and texture, average carbonation with a bitter finish. This is a decent DIPA but I am not a huge tropical fruit fan so I am not sure if this one is for me.

Big time hop profile of tropical fruits with a sweet enough malt backbone. One of the better high ABV IPAs out there.

Great brew. Aroma of all sorts of citrus. Bittingly bitter. Flavor was same as the nose. Perfectly in balance. Didnít get the sense that this was so high octane. Very enjoyable.

The beer is clear and golden with a thin, bubbly white head. The aroma brings mint, cops, herbal tea, earth, mushrooms, citrus, pine, floral scents. A touch of alcohol in the nose. Hop forward with a mint tea character throughout. Alcohol is present but generally unobtrusive. Moderately low carbonation and tad sticky on the palate. Citrus, particularly oranges, soaked and alcohol. A solid beer, albeit best in small quantities.
