4.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Very good, big IPA. Initially very bitter and resiny , with a surprisingly balanced finish. A must try for hop heads. The distributing company that I work for just brought Green Flash to MN last month, and I canít wait to try Palate Wrecker come Spring!

Great IIIPA, tasted this at ABR in MN on Sept. 28th.
Hop bomb in a good way. Very please balance of bitterness to grain sweetness.
Looking forward to finding this in my local bottle shop

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
22 oz bottle- Pours hazy golden orange with a two finger white head. Aroma is piney resinous hops, dank, but a little muted. The taste is the most dank beer I think I have ever had, intense pot resin, nice amount of bitterness, I donít think it is too bitter, balanced with a sweet malt base, citrusy tropical fruits, the finish has a fair amount of vegetal character, which doesnít bother me too much. Body is medium full and carbonation is medium. I can see how this will be overwhelming for some people, this is not a beer for everyone, but I actually really enjoyed it, full of character!

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Really thought I was going to dig this, but I have rarely said these next words, this beer was a too over the top for me. Heavy, heavy bitter with citrus, dank, resin and even some onion flavors. This was the highly unappealing part for me. Reminded me of Devil Dancer the first time I had it. After the thought of onion crept in, I just couldnít get past it. Too much of a good thing equalled a bad thing for me.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the Firkin sitting with ck1 - always a pleasure bro! Pours an orange copper with a white head leaving lovely concentric lacing. Aroma has fresh fruit, citrus and pine, with perhaps faint caramel underneath ... but perhaps not. Taste is of juicy fruitiness, heavy citrus - grapefruit rinds come to mind - and possibly full hop cones. Very hop forward and very little balance, as the Green Flash IPAs tend to be. Still tasty, if extremely bitter.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Whole Foods, Bowery 12oz ($4): Pours copper with an off-white head. Aroma is a ton of grapefruit, mango, and other tropical fruits. Taste is very hop forward, with a slightly sweet malty undertone. Body is not as thick as I was expecting. Easy to drink and alcohol is well covered. Quite good.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: OCT 27, 2013 Hazy orange with about a fingerís worth of quickly dissipating white head. The aroma isnít as forward as I expected, but I get citrus notes, with strong resin and mango. The taste is aggressively bitter with more of the citrus, resin and tropical flavors. The ABV is hidden very well and almost dangerously too easy to drink.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours thick orange with small white head, strong smells of resin and pine. A bier as you would expect from a triple IPA, but not in an overpowering way. Very good
