A full-bodied Triple IPA, Green Bullet combines New Zealand grown Pacific Gem and Green Bullet hops. Significant pine and citrus hoppiness hit the palate at first sip, accentuated by tropical notes of mango and pineapple, ending with a moderately aggressive, bitter finish.

Was expecting something good. Got something great. Paired this at Leonís with a nice portabella mushroom sandwich. Pours beautiful light amber with lasting thick white head. Scent is nice and piney. Flavor is excellent. Strong bitterness gives way to a refreshing sweet-but-not-too-sweet finish. Effervescent medium body. Will seek this beer out in the future. Draft - Leonís - Decatur, GA

Bottle from AJís Fine Foods Scottsdale. Pours orange with a thin white head. Massive pine cones on the nose. Hell massive pine cones on the tongue. Hides the alcohol well. Very Nice!

Garnet with 1 finger dense off-white head. A lot of tropical fruit aroma. Opens big and sweet, crisp bitter finish, in the middle there is some tropical hops. Body is fairly heavy. Nice beer but nothing life-changing.

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2013 Pours a clear copper with thin lasting head that produces good lacing. Aroma is dank and grassy with some citrus and a nice little amount of alcohol. Taste is resinous pine with a sweet citrus, then a big kick of boozy bitterness as the alcohol shows itself. Aroma and taste both improve as it warms. Retronasal brings a decent malt showing mixed with citrus. This seems sharp and sour at first, but as it mellows it really comes into its own with growing complexity. A definite pine sap kick with grassy bitterness as expected in something billed as a triple IPA, but it has more than one dimension, which is appreciated.

Pours a clear copper with average fizzy white head and good lacing. Aroma is tons of dank resin, so much that it comes off sour. Taste is better, pushing a hop resin punch to the extreme. I can handle hops, but this was either too much or not quite refined enough to be considered better than good. Alcohol is evident in the aroma somewhat and the taste definitely. Overall pretty smooth for 10%, but in the end just a bit over the top. Maybe too raw in the bottle? Drink before date was still 5-6 months away. 6+4+7+4+12=3.3

12 ounce bottle. Deep honey gold color topped by a medium-sized creamy beige head. Big pine and citrus hop nose with hints of over ripe tropical fruit. Upfront, lotís of resiny hops and burnt sugar malt. I can detect slight mango and pineapple, but it is very faint and overwhelmed by the huge rush of peppery, bitter, piney hops that dominate the plate. Make no mistake, this is a huge and intense 3X IPA that challenges the senses. A lupulin love fest! The finish is long dry and bitter and intensely warming. Huha!

650 ml bottle from Bev4less. Pours a translucent new-penny copper color with a small off-white head that has fair retention. The aroma is dank with green hops, pine resin and something musty. The taste features melons, grapefruit and mangoes set in neutral malt base. The palate is full and smooth with lively carbonation. Finishes long and bitter. Overall: There was something just a bit weird about this one, could not say for sure whether the problem is me and not the beer.

Draft. This goes really well with arepas. for a IPA x3 this is amazing flavor. Some are just stupidly bitter. I taste individual fruits. Very nicely done. Want moar! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark gold with large white head. Pine resin dominates the aroma. Malty, resinous, bitter and loads of alcohol. An excellent imperial IPA. Now I have to go scrape my tongue . . . .

Bottle. Pours transparent copper with a medium white head. Very strong hop aroma - dank, tropical fruit, pine, hint of onion. Flavor is at once heavy on tropical fruit (esp. pineapple), pine, candy sweetness, and very bitter. A shitstorm of delicious flavors.

12 oz. bottle. Pours clear orange slightly oily with a tight white foamy head that lasts and leaves a sticky lacing and film. Aroma is bright resinous hops that are fruity and sweet like candy. Taste is bitter resinous sticky citrus fruity hops and sweet warming alcohol and a smooth malt balance. Palate is full sticky and coating with a warming chalky finish. Pretty smooth DIPA.
