3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle... Poured golden-amber/orange with a moderate eggshell head. Big mouthfeel, full bodied with some burning alcohol in there. Quite vegetal and earthy. An odd lettuce-like note too. Not bad, but certainly throwing it off a bit. Resinous, mildly dank. Not close to floral at all. Herbal, earthy spice towards the finish.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle. Filtered orange-tan. Thin, frothy white head. Mellow, somewhat muted aroma...mild citrus. Not quite as exotic as some of the recent Australian and New Zealand hop beers, but still a pretty solid offering. Clean, easy going toasty golden malt backbone somehow...steady, bitter grapefruit and citrus rind hop tones. Bitter finish. Surprisingly drinkable, a really pleasant IIPA. No off tones, well executed, solid stuff.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at Churchkey. Poured a very nice looking amber/orange color with a nice white head. Aroma was resin, pine, onions. Flavor was bitter notes of hops, citrus. lots of pine resins, and a bunch of onion notes on this one. Boozy. I was perfectly fine with the 4 ounces I got of this one. I thought Iíd really like this one, especially after previous Green Flash successes.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle and tap. I wanted to love this beer and upon first quaff I kind of did but it all goes downhill for me after that first sniff. Like many big double ipaís, this one turns into a sugary sweet bomb midway through. You do get lots of fresh hop notes and flavors but its all ruined by the incredibly sugary sweet finish. Just like the ET Molotov, I canít get into this one at all, let alone, finish a 12 oz bottle.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Conical bottle, functional label. Hazy apricot colored beer, not much head. Resinous, sulphury cabbage-like hop aroma with overripe fruit. Piney, boozy, woody with pineapple undertones. Medium heavy body. Warms the esophagus. Biscuity finish with yucky vegetable (collards) hop aftertaste. Nasty. Market Square Liquors, Timberlane.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
This poured a somewhat hazy bright orange color with a beige head. Aroma was of lots of citrus hops, light tropical notes, some dust malt too. Flavor was overly sweet, caramel, fruity stale hops. Somewhat of a disappointment.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 oz bottle via a 4pack from Spirits. Poured a medium density orange body that doesnít have much effervescence but a nice head of dense foam of off white. Aroma is DANK, onion notes, wet pine needles, bad citrus notes, WEED. Medium to slightly fuller body with lighter to average carbonation and suprisingly easy drinking ability with the 10.1% ABV. Flavor is much like the aroma or eating a bag of dank weed, flavor is DANK, wet pine needles, some bad grapefruit meat, wood, Solid ass beer here
