A full-bodied Triple IPA, Green Bullet combines New Zealand grown Pacific Gem and Green Bullet hops. Significant pine and citrus hoppiness hit the palate at first sip, accentuated by tropical notes of mango and pineapple, ending with a moderately aggressive, bitter finish.

Bottle and draft, Piney resin aromas, pours a deep copper. Nice malt balance to counteract the extreme hop bitterness. One of the more "sessionable" 3x IPAs I’ve had. Will definitely buy more.

This is a palate warping DIPA. The hops are so intense as to blow out the palate and completely shut down the perception of bitterness. Afterwards the sweetness of malt and floral, resinous hop expression become evident. While resin is prominent, the hops are not completely dank. There is some bright orange blossom as well.

Draft at jungle Jim’s: brilliant gold color. Slight hint of haze. Aroma is incredible. Like sniffing straight hops. Lots if citrus and tropical fruits. Hints of pine and resin. First on the palate are citrus and honey malt. Then pineapple, peach, and mango. Hops are there. Malt is there. Smooth bitter yet balanced finished. Very drinkable at 10.1%!

Bottle to snifter. Big, hoppy nose. Dark copper pour with a small amount of off-white head. Nice bitter taste dominated again by hops and some mild citrus. Strong finish with some stickiness. Pricey four-pack, but well worth it. Another winner from Green Flash.

Big time hop profile of tropical fruits with a sweet enough malt backbone. One of the better high ABV IPAs out there.

Slightly amber gold color with a decent white head. Aroma is somewhat floral wit a bit of pine. Flavor is nicely balanced for such a strong beer. Nice bright hops without being overly bitter. A little sweet from the alcohol without being cloying. The strength is noticeable but not overwhelming at all. Quite excellent. Wife: 3.9

Green Flash Green Bullet is an excellent Imperial IPA that will leave you satisfied. Dark amber but no head. Despite this it has a wonderful fruity hop aroma. Lots of tropical fruit notes in the taste. Surprisingly smooth finish given the hop character and the high ABV. Green Bullet is right up there with the best of the Imperial IPAs.

Pours a nice honey colored body with a white head. Has a very floral aroma with hints of citrus and pine. The taste is a little light from what I was expecting but still full in flavor. Leaves a clean taste at the end.

On tap at Hackney’s Printers’ Row. Clear amber with thin white head. Aroma is pure candy - great! Taste is booze, resin, tropical and citrus fruits, with a bitter and boozy finish. Big thick body. Loved it.

UPDATED: JAN 30, 2014 Smells of oregano, pineapple, hawaiian pizza, the garden on a warm spring day, and starburst. Full of body and lively character with a perfect finish that?s not too sweet and ends with a touch of alcohol. For sure very drinkable but not sure why it’s called a triple cause it drinks like a double. None the less freaking delicious!
