Boooohhhyaaahhh. This is what a 10.5% IIPA should be. WOW. Heady, full body, soft hoppiness moderate aggressive bitter finish. Extremely rounded, balanced. Alcohol well hidden. we gave this to the non-beer geeks and they were like, wow, that is strong, but wow that is really good. Given how strong this is, this deserves a lot more respect. Def not west coast in style. Must find more of this.

Wow. Mango and Pineapple waft heavily from this. A little sweet in the nose too. Huge sticky body but very pale yellow colour. Lots of caramel sweetness with a solid bitter ending, leaving strong traces of the tropical fruit. Hides 10% extremely well - drinks at about 7-8%. This is one DIPA the zima ladies would probably love. I did too - quite unique in a style that has got very samey. Well done GF and happy new year!

Draft at stone bistro. Slightly hazy gold pour, thin bubbly white head. Dank piney hops, grapefruit, nice hop profile, sweet caramel malt. Can’t really taste the alcohol, but the high sweetness kind of gives it away. Not too bitter. Overall decent.

Poured golden and it looks like a very light beer. Smelled of pine with some citrus. Tastes of strawberries and the bitterness hits you immediately. Suprisingly little alcohol aroma/burn, but it’s disguised behind the hoppiness.

Taster at the brewery: First impression "I can’t believe this is 10%." Hazy light orange color with a small off-white head. Citrus- tropical fruit aroma. Flavor starts tropical fruit sweet followed by citrus, finishing bitter sweet with a lingering orange rind bitterness. Medium body is smooth with moderate carbonation.

In taster at churchills. Looks light amber. White head. Smells of big hops. Tastes beautiful. Some amber light caramel malts with so much good hops. Definitely a decent clean bitter but the showcase is in the smell and taste. Tastes like my nose is in a bag of hop pellets while i drink it. Overall 8 of 10.

Phone rate. Cask at Toronado SD Green Flash Friday. Slightly hazy orange, small off-white head, meh retention. Danky citrus tropical fruit hops with some dry-hopped goodness, tinge of cotton candy and biscuit malts behind. Flavor follows suit, adding some alcohol notes, otherwise a big tasty dry-hopped hop bomb, but thankfully the bitterness is kept in check. Semi-dry finish with a little alcohol noted, bitterness peaked at 6. Low carbonation with a full body. Thanks for not throwing a million pounds of hops in at the beginning of yhr boil and proclaiming it a success.

Clear yellow with a fizzy white head. Strong hoppy pine garss and slightly soapy aroma and taste with a bitter hop resin finish.
