Head is 1 finger of a very light tan colored foamy goodness.
Half way done and my glass has more lacing then my grandmother’s couch.
This beer is delicious, the hops are in the forefront, and they blend in nicely with the sweet malts.
I could session the shit out of this beer.
As a matter of fact, i think i’m going to. petematte46 (218), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 6, 2009 12oz bottle, pours a reddish brown, smells like an IPA, tastes like an IPA, but supremely balanced, only problem with this one, and its minor is the mouthfeel, quite thick and syrupy i felt.. leems (147), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 6, 2009 12 oz bottle pours light red, great hop aroma, yum! The flavor fits in perfectly with the aroma, nothing unexpected but enough going on to keep you interested. I could drink this beer all day long, all year long. TBone (6741), Pori, Finland

Cherry red color, small off-white head. Flowery, fresh hay hoppy aroma, also caramelly notes. Medium-bodied. Good pale malty, slightly bready and caramelly backbone. Balanced bitterness from resinous Amarillo hops. Nice session beer. Maybe not "amber ale", closer to IPA/APA-hybrid. ScottyP (314), Brentwood, Tennessee, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 2, 2009 Pours dark copper color with tan head. Malty aroma, hint of hops and some fruityness. Taste the same, malts have a bigger presence in the taste, but balances well with the malts. Nice introduction to Green Flash. Looking forward to trying more from this brewery. ghawener (953), San Salvador, El Salvador
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | May 2, 2009 Bottle: #2 from the IPA sample series with ramenen. This is an excellent brew, strong pine, grassy and resin flavors in a great red-amber color with nice malty lining. Most definitely a Red IPA! FatPhil (3468), Espoo, Finland

Rich red, tiny head. Very sweet caramelly aroma, sticky hops too. Very sticky american hoppy ale. Sweet, hoppy, nothing interesting at all.
