On tap at the LAX Four Points Sheraton. My nose hasn’t gotten anywhere close to the glass, and I can catch wafts of juicy hops and caramel malt. Smooth and actually pretty creamy in the mouth, nice foamy carbonation adds to a luxurious feel. Piney hops start biting a bit late in the finish, and it’s not as bitter as expected. Lightly sweet in the middle and tasting of fruitcake. The aroma is strong, but there’s not much going on with it, no preview of wonderful flavors beyond the basic hops and basic malts. Copper hazy in the glass with a stiff head of taupe foam. Great session beer.

12 oz bottle - fairly dark amber red color with smallish light tan head. Aroma is full of toasted caramel, along with a fair amount of black pepper spiceyness, touch of honey and oak. Flavor has fair amount of chewy malts, along with a ton of herbal hops and fair amount of medium caramel. FInish is very bitter. Overall pretty nice, definitely on the bitter side of the style though.

Aroma is sweet caramel, a little bit of lemon and pine. Very, very nice. Orange, amber colored with no/little head. Taste is harsh hoppiness and sweet caramel. Finish is resiny, sweet, and kind of a dull umame kind of lingering finish. Very nice.

Good color and pour, taste was very mellow for a red with a bit of earthy smokiness to it that really lingered through the finish. Not what i look for in a red.

Pours cloudy dark amber with ahuge off white head and plentiful lacings. Aroma is floral hops. Taste is sweet rich malts with a very strong earthy leather hop bitterness. Very powerful amber, would see this leaning toward the IPA camp. Nice beer will probably drink more when available.

Pours clear red with a massive off-white head. Grass, pine, and grapefruit all over the nose. More bittersweet than expected. Lots of resin and grapefruit with a strong bitterness from the Amarillos. Expected biscuit maltiness that did not overwhelm. I was happy with this selection.

Pours a transparent copper amber with a spotty-lacing off-white head. Aroma of fresh grapefruity hops and lightly toasted sweet caramel malt. Body starts with good fullness and drinkability of crisp citrusy hops and the perfect amount of toasty light caramel sweetness. Finishes smooth and bittersweet. A very nice amber.

Wow thanks santa! great reddish pour with a perfect sized head. Aroma is citrus, some floral notes, maybe some fruit. Hops hit you first and then the smooth malt coasts across your tongue. Really a great beer. Smooth, balanced and really tasty.
