Commercial Description:
Resinous hop character and bitterness balance the rich caramel malt base. We took it a step further and Amarillo dry hopped the brew to 45 IBUs, creating refreshing and savory hop flavors and aromas. Is it Red IPA? That’s your call.

It has a great Amber color to it and nice off white head. It has an amazingly bitter smell. Spicy, hoppy, very inviting. The taste is wow! To say its bitter is an understatement.it has a spicy, bitter, and just ridiculously hoppy taste.

Flaske: Superflot ravfarvet øl med et lækkert skumhoved. Masser af humleduft , græs primært. Dejlig afbalanceret smag med et ordentligt skud humle. Virkelig en lækker øl, der havde passet bedre en varm sommerdag.

This is how I like my American Ambers nice and hoppy! Pours dark copper with a small head, aromas of citrus hops (Amarillo) and some malt. Hoppy all the way through on the flavor, very clean and fresh tasting. Only beef with this one is that it needs a bit more malt and malt complexity to be outstanding. Still better than most commercial beers out there. The best beer Green Flash makes in my opinion. Cheers, Alex

Great beer. Aroma is full of hops, hops and hops. Full of pine and citrus. Taste is rather bitter, yet crisp, refreshing and sticky. A lot going on with this one. Finishes with a creamy malt base and strong hop bite. Would enjoy again.

On tap at Pizza Port Carlsbad. J suggested. Deep amber color, transparent with a nice head display. Hop resin is finely packed into the aroma with some malt and caramel. Lighter finish compared to the big boy reds, nice and crisp. Hoppiness stains last for a good while on the tongue. A good choice.

Great balance between malt and hops. Really enjoyable pint at the Liar’s Club on a Thursday afternoon! A good call if you want something big in flavor, but lighter in alcohol

Pours a cloudy amber color with a thin white head that fades rather quick. There are also suspended particles of yeast floating in the beer. It has a very hoppy aroma and full of caramel malt. The flavor is very robust and full of hops and malt. Overall it is very good and full of carbonation and malt and it is constantly biting your palate and mouth.

bottle poured into a tulip glass has a dark burnt caramel red color and a thin tan head that became a thin layer. aroma has bitter and citrus hops, caramel, grapefruit, nuts, and some floral pine. mouth feel is medium and it coats well. flavor has a good malted base, caramel, bitterness, and juicy citrus hops. bitterness picks up and it finishes drying and lingers a bit. surprising punch for only being 45 ibu.
