Brownish red with a fast-fading tan head. Aroma is fantastic, multi-note hoppiness which includes floral, citrus and vegetal aspects. Taste is also quite hoppy, with pithy citrus bitterness and a slight biscuity finish. Very clean on the palate, except for a steady, low-level lingering bitterness. Solid stuff, and very drinkable $2/12oz

Draft @ Liar’s Club. A very dark amber almost brown in the glass with a creamy off-white head with yellow highlights. Some head was lasting and left thick lacing. Nice citrus hoppiness backed up with pine. The flavor follows much the same with a hoppy bitterness and a caramel background. Medium to full body with a mild bitterness throughout.

I really like this one. Was a go-to for a bit. Dark amber color with a fluffy head. Aroma has some great hops, some pine and sweet caramel and a faint earthyness. Flavor is big and hoppy with lots of pine and malts and biscuits. A little burnt toast for a little bitter roast. Very hoppy and nice.

Pours clear red with a massive off-white head. Grass, pine, and grapefruit all over the nose. More bittersweet than expected. Lots of resin and grapefruit with a strong bitterness from the Amarillos. Expected biscuit maltiness that did not overwhelm. I was happy with this selection.

Pours a reddish brown with a nice beige head that fades overtime. Aroma is very nice and include alot of hops and some biscuit malt. in terms of flavor, hops hit you off the bat and then you pick up the carmel and biscuit flavors from the malts. mouthfeel is a little oily with a nice sweetness to it. This is with out a doubt the best amber ale I have had. job well done Green Flash for making such a great amber.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear, deep amber-brown color; light-tan head with decent retention and patchy, fine-bubbled lacing. Pleasant, juicy aroma showing orange peel, tea-like malts, and soft breadiness; resiny, mineral and orange hops. Medium mouthfeel: chewy tea, dried red fruits, and resiny orange / mineral bitterness; nicely balanced, caramel maltiness and orangey hops; tasty, very drinkable amber ale. Nice stuff. Medium finish: dry, tea-like malts, breadiness, and lingering mineral bitterness.

Botella. 100th rating of Dec. 08. Nice hazy orange colour, big good lasting white head. Fresh very hoppy fruity pine aroma. Lovely hoppy fruity pine and grape fruit flavour. Dry hoppy pine long lasting finish. Tasty brew indeed.

Clean, deep brick red body. Floral and citrus hops ooze from this one with a semi-sweet malt backbone. The body is sharply bitter and long lasting. Refreshing on a warm evening, this one really hit the spot.
