COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Citra Session™ IPA is brewed with high-quality Marris Otter and Vienna malt but the flavor is dominated by the Citra hops introduced throughout the boil and again in the dry hop for maximum aroma intensity. Notes of lemon, orange and grapefruit make this hop-laden brew a perfectly potable summer session IPA.

Flaska Bishops örebro. Äppeljuicefärgad. Blommig och fruktig doft. Ananas, passionsfrukt. Ganska platt smak.

Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (grapefruit, lemon), with light notes of garlic and onion. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. Pretty one-dimensional in the nose with the grapefruity hops, and the secondary onion/garlic odor (albeit light) doesn’t help either. But it’s pretty nice in the mouth, where it’s got plenty of body and texture for its diminutive size, and is balanced well too...not too stark or too sweet. Nice that the head lasts too. I wish the aroma was cleaner and more interesting, but it’s ok as a brainless quaffer.

Bottle shared with oakbluff. Pale gold in colour with medium carbonation. Dank aromas of tangerine and weed, with just a hint of crispy pale malt. Flavors begin with a blast of tropical and citrus fruit along with cut grass and a bit more pale malt. Dry and light bodied with a sharp bitterness. Highly drinkable stuff.

Bottle. Tall Boys Beer Market, Leeds. Hazy gold. Bubbly, messy, sticky, white head. Juicy, pithy, slightly dank, orange hop. Sweetish, bready malts. Soft toffee. Taste is dry, first off, then that pithy bitterness comes in. Really quite punchy. Plenty of body. Feels clean and zesty. Finishes crunchy bitter. Some dryness at the end. Quality session beer. Could drink this all day.

The beer pours a very clear amber color with a medium white head, and the light aroma blends citrus hops with lighter malts. The taste is mildly bitter and mildly sweet, and the aftertaste has those very nice light citrus hop flavors. The palate fuses a slick texture, medium-light body, and an average carbonation.

22 oz bottle from Biggie Wine & Spirits. Gold and clear appearance with a white head and active carbonation. Citrus, zesty, toasty, grainy, husky, crisp. Good, but possibly a little dated.
