COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Citra Session™ IPA is brewed with high-quality Marris Otter and Vienna malt but the flavor is dominated by the Citra hops introduced throughout the boil and again in the dry hop for maximum aroma intensity. Notes of lemon, orange and grapefruit make this hop-laden brew a perfectly potable summer session IPA.

Pale gold color with a large head. Screaming Citra aroma. Lots of tropical fruit and notes of dank. Aggresively bitter flavor. Piney. Some light grain. Quite abrassive. Almost some wheat chewiness.

Tap at Antenna America. Nice. Lots of citra twigginess, earthy, decent bitterness, not quite my thing but nice enough.

Golden and potent. Not the grapefruit bomb you’d expect, but it’s certainly an aggressively citra ale. Tends more toward the acidic bitterness of grapefruit rind than the freshness of grapefruit juice.

A great session IPA. A wonderful bouquet of citrus aromas greet you at first. Flavors are all kinds of bitter citrus rind. Lemon, orange, grapefruit. Great stuff.

Tap at muddy pig. Bigger tulip, probably should have been a pint glass. Dark gold with small white head. Very refreshing strong pine and citrus aroma. Spicy, bitter, with citrus peel and nice kick on the tongue. Very tasty and worth the odyssey.

On tap at Beer Thirty. It pours a nice clear golden color with a white head. The aroma has some sweet tropical fruit and grapefruit with some hints of tasted and caramel malt. The flavor is nice and toasty with a snappy citra grapefruit flavor. Solid bitterness with a light body. The malt character isn’t sweet, but supportive. Very good. I wish I could get this in six packs.

Bottle, as pictured. For some reason I thought this was a 500 mL and not a 22 oz. Deceptive bottle. Mostly clear orange-yellow pour. Definitely heavy on the citra....citrus citrus citrus. Grapefruit, lemon. In your face. Nice beer.
