Tap: Clear gold with a small white head. Light aroma of mild hops, rubber, mild eggs. Hoppy flavor with green veggies followed by a flat, bitter taste. The aftertaste is prolonged. Interesting.

Growler via SL. Light clearish yellow color... nice head. Good nose of citrus notes and some malty notes. Taste is a bright citrus APA. Lemon, flowers, crystal malt, some what earthy and spices..... bitter/hoppy after taste. Good stuff for such a low alcohol content beer. Body is light and fluffy. Really easy to drink. Overall: Great summer session ale

On draught at Flanny’s. pours clear golden with an eggshell head. Aroma is citra with plenty of tropical fruit. Taste is a little sweet with balanced bitterness. Thinner bodied. Really quite good.

On draft, golden pour with a white head. Lots of citrus in the aroma and flavor. Just damn tasty and good flavors for a small ABV beer.

jcos (1520) - Maryland, USA - JUL 22, 2013
Location/Date:Cask at Henlopen City Oyster House on July 18th, 2013.

Appearance: Pours a clear golden yellow cloud with light white head.
Aroma: Aroma of light pine, citrus.
Taste: Light bitterness, pine, orange.
Palate:Light, somewhat creamy body.

Summary: I wanted a lighter beer while having lunch at the beach, this seemed to fit well. Solid light pale ale, really nice mouth feel.

Barcade, Brooklyn tap ($6): Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is citra hops, basically a bunch of grapefruit and pot. Taste is much the same. Nice and hoppy, but not very bitter. 4.3% abv was not noticeable, as this was not watery at all. Substantial. Quite good.

Yellow, hazy, decent head. Smells crisp, citrusy, some stoney notes, some tropical aromas. Taste is crisp, clean, with a lot of citrus, sticky, woody notes. Very fresh tasting.

Pours gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to coat surface. Green bud aromas. Dry with sweet caramel and tropical fruit front to back.

Poured from a fresh growler. Pours light gold, nice and clear. Slight white head, moderate lacing. Aroma is, of course, ridiculously big, fresh citra hops. Taste is a bit thin, but still assertively bitter, lightly grassy, and easy drinking.

Draft from the Federal. It was dark in there, but it appeared to be a clear golden with orange tint. Lots of lacing but a small head. Nose of citra hops (surprise!). Lots of orange and orange peel, grapefruit resin. A bit metallic smelling to me. Taste was a bit of the same, with added straw notes. A bit sharply bitter for me, but it was a great summer beer to consume while sweating. Super light palate, which is good if that’s what you want.
