4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a rich bronze colour with nice beige head that fades relatively quickly. Aroma is an immediate blast of fresh crisp celery, dank pine, grass, & hints of onion. Flavours follow the nose with some creamy sweet malt mingling around the delicious bitter citrus zest, finishing with lots of white pepper and hints of stale bread. Mouthfeel is not as full as expected. The remarkably distinctive hop profile makes this a very enjoyable brew.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a dark red with a good head and nice lacing on the glass.
The aroma is floral with some fruity hops, lightly resiny and generally not overly aromatic, but nice... as it warms it kicks out a little bit more pine aroma.
The Flavor is pretty much like a double IPA, blindfolded I would be able to tell that this was a dark red beer. The bitterness level is moderate to high, but not unpleasant in any way, the hops are piney with a touch of citrus rind and some nice grapefruit. This isn’t overly boozy or sweet at all. Fairly low on malt character but what’s there is dry and almost dusty. Fishes nicely dry.

3.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Red ale with a dirty tan head. Stinky danky aroma. What is it with these new mosaic hops? The taste is very sweet and bitter and floral from all those danky hops. Some would say citrusy taste and piny finish. Some. A bad ass ale, I’m just not used ti that aroma, but its getting there.

Draught in a flight. Pours an amber color with some reddish tinges to it. Nose is pretty hop forward with some nice floral elements. Taste is bitter and smooth, with just a hint of the rye coming through. Very drinkable.
