4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
22 oz. bomber in Fresno’s BevMo. [if you can believe that!]
Rich golden pale amber.
Very full fluffy head.
Thick lacing all the way down.
Aroma doesn’t seem quite as strong as the West Coast IPA, [but ;-P I have another to try again!]
Tastes very good, Malty as expected with a big beer, but sharp hop bitterness present as well.
If I am able to get this on a regular basis. [please BevMo] Then this will be in regular rotation.
I’ve seen that this is available much farther East than i would normally expect, Go San Diego, and to the domination of the west coast hop head migration!

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Maltier than I expected, but still quite a nice pour. Sweet on the nose and tongue with enough bitterness to keep the hopheads happy. Clean and crisp finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pour was a nice orangish-copper color with a substantial off-white head that showed good retention and offered up nice rings of lacing. The aroma was sweet caramel, soft citrus, floral hops and pine resin. The flavor was a very well balanced blend of sweet malt keeping in check a super dry blast of pine and floral hops. Not quite enough citrus in the flavor to call this one superb, but it was close. Expectedly succinct finish. Problem-free mouthfeel.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
22oz bomber. Clean light gold color in a tulip glass, producing a decent white head and plenty of carbonation. Nice malty aroma loaded with pine needles and citrus scents. Flavor is quite earthy, with syrupy malt at the beginning, fading into lots of grapefruit and hay notes. Good crisp finish, but the flavor fades quite quickly. Tons of bitter hops that compliments the malt nicely. Good!

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a nice white head. Lovely aroma of hops, nut-like and grains. Very wonderful flavour of hops, specialy citrus and melon notes are most present. Very nice and tasty.

Thanks to realale420 for this pour. Burnt orange in color with hugh fothy head. Big nose of hops, I mean big. Flavor is all hops up front, then is mellowed by a good balance of malt. Finish is dry and hoppy.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Medium gold. Frothing healthy head. Spruce, candied citrus (citron, almost artificially) some flowery rose petal. Medium bodied, healthy, yet balanced bitterness. Moderately dryish finish (not too syrupy) Soft in th mouth. This hop combo is good, but not spectacular. Solid double IPA.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Orange. 3.5cm of frothy, white head. All hops in the nose- skunk, earth, cannabis, resin, pine, citrus. Flavor is the same. Malt adds just a touch of sweetness and some weight to the body. Full on the palate, balanced carbonation. Very bitter with great hop flavor. Soild IIPA.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle Pours a slightly hazy orange/copper color with an off-white head and sticky lacing. Big hoppy aroma. Grapefruity but a bit odd. Something else I cant put my finger on. Vanilla maybe. Flavor is thick and malty, lots of body and plenty of sweet caramel malts and the IBUs to balance.
Nice, big IPA but the flavors were a little off for me. Thanks Jordan

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle: Copper color, sticky white head, nice lacing. The nose is funky with lots of citronella and grapefruit along with some catty notes and vanilla. The flavor is chewy and sweet with lots of bitter and dry hops, sticky and thick. A machete to cut through these hops. The finish is starchy and sharp. Nice and tasty, but a bit brash.
