The colour was a bit paler, but had great head retention. The hop flavour is very fresh, pungent and herbal. It lacked a solid backbone and was all hop flavour. The finish was insanely long and crisp, finishing very dry. The hops also displayed a pine flavour typical of NW hops. Straight forward, but still a quality DIPA. skortila (2893), Bunnik, Netherlands

Almost clear light orange in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas of fresh cut grass, c-hops, and chives. Loads of green c-hops in the mouth, along with more green onion, earth, and light pale malts. A hint of woodiness was also present. Medium bodied with a clean finish. Great stuff... highlight of the night for me! neredneck (7), New Hampshire, USA does not count | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Jun 13, 2008 Updated: Jun 28, 2008Bottled bold taste and well constructed pretty balanced easy to drink, smooth, soft.
