Mar 3, 2008 Updated: Mar 22, 2008Bottle at Black Tiger, NYC. Golden color, nice creamy offwhite head. Fruity, creamy aroma, pine apples and citrus, some grass, hay and with peach notes. Fruity and hoppy flavor, grass, perfume. Rather bitter and with a dry grassy finish.

Feb 25, 2008 Bottle. High fluffy but lasting white head. Clear golden body. Spicy fruity and hoppy aroma. Hops dominated flavor of course but quite fresh and clean. Heavily carbonated and a long bitter aftertaste. Alcohol present but I would not have guessed on 9%.

Feb 23, 2008 Updated: Mar 4, 200822 oz bottle. Hazy Orange Pour. Aroma is an extremely sharp hop scent - description says Summit and Nugget but it really smells like a whole, unprocessed cascade hop leaf. Taste is mostly just bitter with a little bit of citrus, not nearly as overpowering as you would expect from the aroma. Bitter aftertaste. One dimensional; overrated. $60/Case in PA.

Feb 20, 2008 Bottle. A dark golden beer with a off-white head. The aroma is very hoppy with a light sweet malty tuch, the taste is light sweet malty, some caramel, but most hoppy. Medium body with a dry hoppy finish.

Feb 18, 2008 Feb. 2007 - Pour was golden orange color with small head and little lacing. Strong fruity aroma. Initially, the flavor was strong sweet citrus with sweet malts as well, very little bitterness. As it warmed, pine also showed up, as did the bitterness. Very fruity, citrusy, almost to the point of being overdone. An ok, not great beer.

Feb 17, 2008 Pours a clear, golden color with a sizeable white head. Sweet, citrusy hop aroma. Great hop presence, initial sharpness gives way to a somewhat sweet, nutty body. Bitter, herbal finish. Easy drinking for 9% abv, an excellent beer.
