Piney grapefruit peel finish with some warmth. blklab2007 (498), Connecticut, USA Jul 17, 2008 22 oz bottle poured into a tulip glass has an amber color and a thick white one finger head that fell slowly. hop aroma of both peppery and floral fruity, candy sugar sweetness, grapefruit, pine, and pollen. medium thick mouth feel with plenty of carbonation. hop bitterness leads into sweetness, grapefruit, citrus peel, and pines. finish becomes very dry with a lingering pine bitterness. definitely all about the hops with enough malt and sweetness to keep it well balanced.
