Mmm, det här var ju gott. Ölen är välbalanserad med en vag arom och komplex smak med toner av jäst och annatsom jag inte riktigt kan precisera. Slutsats: riktigt bra och komplex sak.

12 oz bottle poured clear (no sediment added) with a large tan head that had moderate retention.
Smell: Lots of citrus from the hops with sweet fruits tossed in (Belgian yeast?).
Taste: The ample hop load is not overdone, as feared ("American Imperial IPA"), allowing clove, other spices and fruits from the tripel to contribute.
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body; Medium carbonation; a bit too harsh and astringent.
O: This mix of styles was better than expected, and is done well enough that they don’t just clash. Still, it lacks the fine amalgamation found in, for instance a Chouffe Belgian IPA.

Tropical fruits and peppery yeastiness in both aroma and flavour.

Pours hazy golden amber with a creamy head. Bubblegum, alcohol and belgian yeast in the aroma and taste. Oily/medium body with soft carbonation and long bitter finish.

pours amber with a lovely huge, foamy white head and long retention. barnyard, bubblegum, caramel, citrus, light solvent. medium bitterness, medium sweetness. medium body, creamy, lively. very easy drinking

(Bottle) The aroma is a little strange, but not in a bad way. It smells like bubble gum, bicycle tires, sweet caramel and hops. The taste is fresh and hoppy with a good malt base and some notes of yeast. Dry bitterness in the aftertaste, and the element of alcohol is reflected in the taste. Would not call it a Belgian "Abbey Tripel" but why not an American "Abbey Tripel". A nice beer with the positive point for not being so sweet in taste. I like it!

355 ml. bottle poured in to a tulip. Lovely orange colour with dense, off-whte head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, spices, sweet fruits - oranges and apricot. Grass and citrus hops. Rich malts and a hint of alcohol. Taste is sweet. Medium body, average carbonation. Finishes bitter with citrus hops, pepper, yeasts and sweet fruits and spices. Interesting fusion of Belgian and American styles. Nice one.

Excelent beer! One of my all time top 5. Full bodied an with great aroma. The yeasts give it personallity and the hops make it a winner

Bleh. Very sweet and light. Not my palate, but I am sure someone will love. Green Flash is a good brewery. Very flavorful.

God lukt av citrus. Lys fin farge og lavt skum. Smak av citrus og humle. Cardinal 2013.
