Le freakin’ good! Notes of apricot and orange in this medium bodied tripel. Nice out of the cellar (aged a few months). High ABV, excellently made beer.

Seriously did not notice any particular aroma. Easy to drink. Hoppy but not over the top. Nice beverage but somewhat plain. Hard to explain

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from a bomber into a Green Flash pint glass a light orange/amber/golden color with a huge thick white pillow top head.
Aroma of banana/dark fruit, caramel malt & light hops
Flavor is an pleasant assault of bready sweet malts & strong citrus with a delicious bitter finish.
Overall this an well above average Belgium IPA. Green Flash got this puppy right. Just wished it was available on tap when I was there 3 weeks ago.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: DEC 9, 2013 Bottle 1: I am not sure I am drinking the same beer given the descriptors I am reading but it was a 650mL bottle with a new label. Mandarin orange/ orange blossom aroma. Nice medium mouthfeel. Tast of dried fruits and citrus with caramel backbone. Finishes with clean bitterness that lingers. Wow!! 4.6 score
Bottle 2: much younger beer. Nothing like the first bottle. To bitter to let the trippel component shine. 3.3 score.
Conclusion: age this beer at least 6-9 months.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Thick golden pour under a towering off-white head. Big Belgian yeast aroma with some malt sweetness coming through. Bit o’ alcohol. Nose has a thickness to it. The trippel flavor shines through more for me, but marries nicely with some sweet hop bitterness. More yeast, some fruit esters. Average carbonation, a little sticky, lingering sweet finish. Fun beer.
