Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt, lemon, grass, peaches, and a bit of brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, peaches, lemongrass, and other spices, as well as lighter notes of alcohol, leading to a lightly tart finish.

Sweet, sugary aroma with pear esters and thick caramel. Bitter, slightly fruity, but then spoiled by an icing sugar fruitiness. Belgian yeast and Green Flash aren’t getting along right now. Too bad. That stuff’s got to attenuate better to make the stuff drinkable.
