4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This pours a fairly clear orangish amber with about a finger and a half of white head. This has a nice nose on it, but I was definitely expecting more because of all the hops pumped into it. I get what I would expect from Columbus and Centennial hops, mostly citrus, a little floral note, not too much malt that can be detected. Upon tasting, I got the initial smack of hops on my tongue, but it wasn’t as "wrecking" as I expected. Still, it has a strong bitterness, the actually flavors could be a little stronger, again some citrus, a little floral, not transcending though. I taste very little alcohol for the ABV and the finish is bone dry which I like. Pretty good, but I prefer their West Coast IPA, providing when I can find it fresh.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Triangle Wine Co. Pours an amber color with a white head. Huge bitter citrus hop aroma. Taste matches the aroma. Body is average for an IPA. I guess for a bitter hop bomb this one isn’t bad but it’s not really my style of IPA.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 oz bottle. the beer pours to a reddish amber color with a very thick slightly off white head. The aroma is extremely up front with resin citrus and some grass notes. The taste is very bitter up front followed by a lingering hop bitterness. Overall I am a big fan of the beer although it is very high IBU, it is well balanced. Would buy again.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at Manito Tap House
Toasted apricot with a solid quilt of fine toasted cream foam. Unusual look for a IIPA. Lots of pine, tangerine, grapefruit (tons of grapefruit), some pineapple, nice dose of underlying biscuity malt with a touch of sweetness. Bitter, metallic, sweet, pine, resin, more resin, some grapefruit peel, some nice spicy hops - really hoppy (haven’t said that in a while). Medium bodied with small, sharp fleeting carb leaves a active feeling beer with a character wet almost slick finish. Nice mouthfeel here. Good beer.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
As advertised...hop bomb extraordinaire. Orange pour with creamy off white head. Aroma is big bitterness with sweet malts and some herbal and floral notes. Taste has the bitterness but a lot if grapefruit and pine.Points for lingering bitterness that doesn't quit. But still balanced and drinkable. Great stuff.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle pours a murky orange amber with a small but dense creamy light tan head. Strong bitter aroma with some carmel sweetness. Heavy smooth palette, low on the carbonation. More like a Barley Wine.
