Bready, hoppy aroma. Light amber color. Bright taste, bordering on lemony, finishing in slightly funky Belgian yeast. Kind of refreshing. Not my favorite but interesting.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle to tulip glass poured a dark apricot with a magnificent fluffy white head and impessive lacing. Aroma is primarily brett, but hints of citrus and grass develop. First sip introduces floral notes, slight guava flavor, leading to some bitter hops and ending with palatable sourness. Carbonation and sour linger in the mouth. Truly enjoyable brett/floral ale.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Amber. White-head. Ample lacing. Brett aroma, smells like I might have poured Orval by mistake. Dry malty flavor with a nice brett. presence. Dry malty aftertaste. Slightly sour, but not overly so. Pretty good Orval clone.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
355ml bottle. Pours a clear golden amber, with a massive white head, which lasts well and leaves some lace. The brettanomyces is certainly present in the aroma: it smells quite sour and slightly off. There are some grapefruit and lemon hops up front, which segue into more sourness. There are some weak grainy malt notes, and an unusual faint sweetness towards the finish. This really isn’t a great beer. It is not pleasantly sour in the manner of a wild ale, it justs tastes and smells off. Judging by this sourness and the vigour with which the head forms, it seems to me that they may have just gone a bit overboard with the brettanomyces. Whatever the cause, this is not a beer I enjoyed.
