12-oz. Pours a cloudy bright medium amber with a dense and creamy white head that sticks around and around. Dense rings of sedimentary lace. Big bubble gum watermelon nose with plenty of herbal hop lingering around...interesting combination. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Sweet bubble gum and watermelon mid palate with a sweet finish.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Superb, bright orange pour with a small, firm white head with lovely spider legs all the way down the glass. Nose is pretty much taken over by the brett. Quite fruit driven behind it but the brett is a little too forward for my liking. Very sweet citric fruits and passionfruit followed by the forward brett. Slight sourness and subtle bitterness on the finish. Quite lengthy. Solid beer

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Beer has some strong carbonation, pours really yeasty, hazy gold with lots of frothy white head. Spicey, sweet belgian yeast aroma. The yeast is belgian through and through, beautifully funky. Grassy, Hay, weird but good flavors. Slight floral hoppy bitterness balanced perfectly with the malts. This stuff is pretty awesome and underrated.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Light hazy gold, huge building white head. Aroma of yeast, lemony citrus, toffee. Taste is well balanced with the Belgian yeast, malt and hops. Juicy sweetness, light tart, medium thin body, medium high carbonation.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of Brett, fruit, yeast, citrus, a hint of leather, slight lemon, and slight pepper. Poured amber in color with a large, creamy, loose, tan head that greatly diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of tiny, small, medium, and large-sized particles throughout. Flavor is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Tastes of malt, slight Brett, barnyard, hops, fruit, pepper, yeast, and spices. Medium body. Lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Medium bitter, lightly sweet, Brett, malt, yeast, spice, pepper finish is lightly dry. 7%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a clear, medium colored golden orange with a foamy light tan head. Good lace as it settles. Belgian yeast esters dominate the nose, very floral and screams BRETT! Medium mouthfeel. Floral notes up front with a building level of hop bitterness that then takes over. Some soapy like notes as well. Ends with a drawn out mix between hop and lingering florals. Overall, pretty decent for not being something in my favorite style.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours hazy orange with a large, lasting head.
Nose shows passion fruit and gooseberries. Also very noticeable are funky, horse-blanket notes. A great mix of hops and brett.
Very similar flavours with more fruity hops and slightly tart brett notes, creating a very refreshing start. The fruit and acidity quickly fades however, leaving plain cardboard and bready notes.
Carbonation is a little full on for my liking.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
This pours with crazy head that turns out pillowy white. Aroma is all horse blanket barnyard with a barely perceptible earthy hop aroma. Perhaps this is an older bottle because the Brett character is heavy. The flavor has some citrus hops flavors underlying the Brett funk. If you donít like Brett, you would not like this. Luckily, I do so this is an Interesting beer for me.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle; poured a very orange amber color with a quite large off white head. ARoma of yeast, brett, earth, grass, and must. Flavor wasnít as pronounced as the aroma, in a good way. Still, I am not really feeling this hybrid style, and havenít ever loved Brettanomyces all that much. Not my thing.
