Draft at Bittercreek... Pours clear deep amber/red... Off white head sticks around for a while leaving good lacing. Nose is customary big citrus and lesser floral hoppiness.. rye is more than present... Flavor is bitter up front and moves into pithy orange hops... rye comes across as dry earthy toasty.. very SoCal hop profile never drowns out the rye.. Surprisingly well done.

On tap at Gallo’s Tap Room on 5/5/15. Clear blood red pour with a thick beige head. Aroma of malt, orange, spicy rye and grapefruit. Malty flavor with big spicy rye character before a citrus and pine finish. Very impressive.

Hazy dark copper pour, luxurious. sticky, khaki colored head that leaves plenty of lacing. Aroma of juicy fruit gum, a big spruce forest. Flavor is decadent with plenty of hop juicy goodness. Nice dollop of grapefruit fresh citrus, some spearmint notes, a bit of caramel sweetness. Mouthfeel has a solid stickiness to it. Extremely solid IPA from the folks at Green Flash.
