Hop on and enjoy the rye of your life! Our imperial rye IPA is brewed in the name of our road warriors - the sales team that tirelessly hit the streets, traveling from town to town and pub to pub sharing the Green Flash experience. Road Warrior charge full flavor forward. Columbus and Mosaic hops, rich crystal and spicy rye malts pave the way for Mosaic and Amarillo dry hopping to boldly shine through in the finish. Raise a glass to those who never settle!

Listed as an imperial IPA but it is definitely much more on the barleywine side of things. Very dark, rich caramel malt with some rye pepperiness to it. Hops are potent--spicy and vinous, but very much balanced by the malt richness. A good beer, but unexpected richness.

On tap at falling rock tap house in Denver. Definitely eye in the aroma and some hops but subdued for green flash. Very dark for an IPA with a tiny ring of cream colored foam. Tastes slightly spicy, with rye and a good strong malt backbone. Very slight booze burn in the aftertaste. By far the least hoppy beer I have had from green flash but it is a welcome change in this beer. Great palate, thick and easy drinking at the same time. Green flash does so many good IPAs and there are some better than this, but road warrior is still worth a try. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very much has the rye they mentioned and the color is as perfect. All mineral after taste but I didn’t eat anything and that could change it. Tap

12oz bottle from Good Spirits Co. Muddy brown, reasonable head. Pine caramel aroma. Sweet spicy chocolately malt flavour. Sickly rye alcohol aftertaste. Not for me.

Bottle: Dark gold color with a super hoppy aroma of juniper. Wow - a mouthful of juniper to follow. Awesome. My favorite kind of IPA.

Poured from the bomber into a shaker glass. Dark copper color with a tan head. Aroma is mildly sweet with some molasses notes, rye spiciness, and earthy hop notes. Flavor matches the aroma well. Medium/full bodied with a slightly sticky mouthfeel. Overall this is pretty good, but a little too sweet for the style in my opinion - seems more like an imperial red.

Bottled. Pours clear amber with an average off-white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus, piney and grassy notes. Seet flavor that ends up dry and solid bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A very nice DIPA. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

(Green Flash Road Warrior) Bottle 650 ml at home, served into a shaker, ABV 9% Dark ora nge to red olour on the body, small off-white head with good density and quite good retention. Aroma of orange peels and zest, tangerine, alcohol, cookie dough, caramel. Taste follows, caramel malts, lots of hops with flavours of orange peel, citrus, tangerine, notable alcohol, sugars. Medium body, good carbonation, a bit sticky on the palate. Great DIPA, strong but yet goes down fast.

Tap pour at Muddy Pig in a tulip glass. Commonshawn in the house as well. Very attractive reddish hue and almost a full finger of slightly tinted white head. Aroma is typical of a heavy handed IPA with hops and a bready characteristic. Taste has the rye, bready spice quality that you expect. Well balanced against a healthy dose of hops. Little malty sweetness but nothing substantial. Really one of the better options of this style. Comparable to the Lagunitas Imperial Red. I’m go to war on the road with this effort.
