Our imperial rye IPA is brewed in the name of our road warriors - the sales team that tirelessly hit the streets, traveling from town to town and pub to pub sharing the Green Flash experience. Road Warrior charge full flavor forward. Columbus and Mosaic hops, rich crystal and spicy rye malts pave the way for Mosaic and Amarillo dry hopping to boldly shine through in the finish. Amber brown color with large bubble tan head. Looks like soap bubbles. Aroma is pear, melon, rye bread, and tea leaves. Taste is sweet herbal and a bit boozy. Rye bread and tea are the dominating flavors.

A rich, multi-faceted IIPA. This had sweetness, rye, and a little metal. The warmth moved up the esophagus as I drank. It was multilayered and flavorful, with lots of rye taste. A very good strong ale - and I like that they dedicated it to their sales team. Oh yeah, and this is #2100 for me - I’m glad it was from Green Flash, a brewery I like a lot.

Bottle at home. Dark amber colour with beige head. Sweet aroma including caramel malt, fruit and grapefruit in backround. Some alcohol as well. Taste is mainly malt and you can really taste rye. Long grapefruit aftertaste. Very good palate.

12oz bottle thanks to my buddy Brian while visiting home in IL, June 2014. Amber pour with a nice khaki head, good lacing. Nice aroma, plenty hop forward, tropical fruits, citrus, a bit of a pine bite, dank, some caramel and doughy malts to back it up, light cracker. Nice flavor, enough bitterness without punching my tongue in the nuts, tropical fruit hops, dank, citrus, mild pine, doughy, a hint of caramel to back it up. Tasty!

Bottle - murky brown with slim off-white head. Hoppy aroma with rich malts. Rich hoppy malty taste with the rye evident. Smooth and full bodied, nice long bitter finish. Softly carbonated with a touch of warming alcohol. Still working out how much I like rye IPAs, but this is quality stuff.

12 oz bottle. BB 11/13/14. From saveur-biere.com.
Hazy dark red colour with a small off-white head. Dark resiny and piney hops, moderate bitterness, sweetness, malt and some wood in the aroma. The flavour is dark hops with resin, pine and grapefruit, strong bitterness, sweet caramel malt and dryness. A bit thin but very rich in taste. Strong. Very strong.

Bottle from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn (direct from shop) consumed at dads, Kilburn, Derbyshire, Thursday 15th January 2015. Rich hoppy aroma a great mix of Amarillo , Columbus and Mosaic hops. Rich in mouth, quite thick, boozy, juicy lucy hops. Rich hoppiness throughout but the American maltiness (crystal malts) leaves its mark throughout, still it is very good. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov14 3.7

Copper red pour with a huge, frothy light brown head. Aroma is sweet and citrusy. Mouthfeel is of resinous hops with a pretty sweet malty backbone. Slightly creamy body. Little spicy on the back end, lingering syrupy sweetness.
