Hop on and enjoy the rye of your life! Our imperial rye IPA is brewed in the name of our road warriors - the sales team that tirelessly hit the streets, traveling from town to town and pub to pub sharing the Green Flash experience. Road Warrior charge full flavor forward. Columbus and Mosaic hops, rich crystal and spicy rye malts pave the way for Mosaic and Amarillo dry hopping to boldly shine through in the finish. Raise a glass to those who never settle!

12 oz. bottle served in a shaker- poured a transparent copper color with brown tint, 3mm white head that laced extremely well upon the vessel. Aroma of deep woods pine (different from regular pine- trust me), rye, and grapefruit. Hits the mouth with a wide body, malt was just soaked in caramel but it comes out in the end because hops kick in the door in the middle, finish is actually somewhat drying, yet sharply acidic from said hop barrage. Very nice brew.

Bottle, shared at the lake with Parksy and others on May long weekend. Pours a surprisingly dark burnt orange, with a frothy lasting white head. Big ruby grapefruit hop character, some pine, sweet malts, very bitter finish. I’d be lying yo say that I can pick up any rye character, but that’s not a criticism. A really great imperial red ale.

Green flash knows their IPA, and this one is no exception, pours thick with and has an elaborate cream head. Aroma is hard floral bitter, touch of caramel. Slightly husky but not overly negative. Hop bitter is strong but evens out nicely. High abv but it hides, drink carefully ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22 oz bottle- Pours dark orange to brown with a large off white head and nice lace. Aroma is bready rye malts, sweet malt, citrusy hops, pepper spice. The taste is strong in the rye, hops as well, decent amount of bitterness, citrusy, malt well balanced. I’ve always enjoyed rye IPA’s and this one is no exception, nice beer.

Bottle at Lincoln Wine Bar. Caramel malts and lots of hops. Creamy body. Rye comes through with a bit of sharpness, but subtle. Rich, solid beer.

Draft at Bittercreek... Pours clear deep amber/red... Off white head sticks around for a while leaving good lacing. Nose is customary big citrus and lesser floral hoppiness.. rye is more than present... Flavor is bitter up front and moves into pithy orange hops... rye comes across as dry earthy toasty.. very SoCal hop profile never drowns out the rye.. Surprisingly well done.
